Agromech Engineers

We are located at 374, Patel Road and if you’ve ever walked down this way, you probably heard us before you saw us. It’s always a bit noisy here with the machines running and the metal being worked on. Agromech Engineers has been in this spot for quite some time now. My father actually spent most of his life in this workshop and now it is just what we do every day. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular brick front with a big heavy door that sticks in the summer. Inside it is mostly iron parts, tools scattered on the benches, and the smell of oil. We spend our mornings going through what needs to be fixed and getting the lathes ready. It gets dusty, especially when the wind blows in from the street, but we keep at it. Most of our neighbors know us by name and stop by to complain about the traffic or just to say hello while they’re headed to the market. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk straight into the workspace and find someone who isn't currently under a machine. It's a practical way to work and it keeps us busy from sunrise until the lights go out. We focus on getting the parts right so they actually fit when they get sent out to the farms. It’s honest work and it fills the day.
