Aardenco Infotech Private Limited is based in Coimbatore, specifically at No.12, Bde, in 1-K K Nagar, which is part of Varadarajulu Nagar in the Ganapathy area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a solid location for us. The building is a typical Coimbatore structure, sturdy and simple. Inside, we’ve got a setup that’s all about utility. We have rows of desks for the team and a few shelves filled with technical manuals and old components. The Ganapathy area is quite active, so there’s always something going on nearby. We aren't a company that cares about looking polished or having a "brand image." We just care about whether the work is done right. Most of us here have been working in tech for years, so we’ve seen a lot of changes, but our day-to-day stays about the same. We start in the morning, handle whatever issues have come in, and take a long break for lunch when it gets hot. The fans in the office are almost always on full blast to keep things comfortable. It’s an honest place to work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. It’s just a group of people in Ganapathy doing their jobs and trying to make things work the way they are supposed to. It feels right to us.
