Shikhar Shiksha Kendra Senior Secondary School

We are Shikhar Shiksha Kendra Senior Secondary School, and you can find us on Road No. 7 in the Senthi area of Chittorgarh. Our school has been around for a while, and we have become a familiar sight for the people living in Senthi. We have a lot of students coming from different parts of Chittorgarh, so the mornings are always a bit of a scramble with bicycles and buses everywhere. The school itself is a straightforward place. We have classrooms for all the grades up to senior secondary. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we put it into keeping the building standing and the desks in good shape. Our teachers are hardworking people who live in the local community. They don't just teach and leave; they are part of the neighborhood. We have a playground that gets used a lot for cricket and other games after classes are done. It is a very normal school where we try to follow the rules and get the kids ready for their exams. We have our share of problems, like any old building does, but we fix things as they break. We don't try to sound like we are the most amazing place on earth. We are just a solid, local school doing what we can for the students. Road No. 7 is usually quiet, which is nice for the classrooms at the back. Senthi is a good neighborhood, and we have many neighbors who have lived here as long as the school has. We have a small office near the entrance where we keep paper records in big metal cupboards. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket under it. We don't have fancy sports equipment, just old footballs and a cricket bat.
