Shanti Juniors School

Shanti Juniors is located at number 14 in Jawahar Nagar, right over in the Palika Colony area of Chittorgarh. Being so close to the Collectorate means there is always something going on nearby. Since this is a juniors school, we mostly deal with small children who are just starting out. Our building is a bit smaller than the big secondary schools, which makes it feel a bit more like a home. The classrooms are filled with drawings the kids made, and sometimes there are toys scattered on the floor. It can get pretty noisy when twenty toddlers are all talking at once, but that is just part of the job. The teachers here are mostly local ladies from Chittorgarh who have been with us for a few years. We spend a lot of time making sure the gates are locked so the little ones don't wander out toward the Palika Colony streets. The sun hits the front of the building in the morning, making it quite bright. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the kids have a place to sit and learn their letters. The address is 312001, and most people around the Collectorate know where we are. It’s just a simple spot for the neighborhood children to spend their mornings before going home for lunch.
