Mewar Computers

We are right over by the Maha Laxmi Talkies in the New Market area. You can usually hear the movies playing if the wind is right. Mewar Computers started out pretty small and we haven't really tried to grow into some giant chain. We like being in this part of town because there's always something going on in the market. Our shop is filled with parts, boxes, and half-finished repairs that we're working through. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but we know where everything is. We spend our days fixing laptops, putting together desktops for kids in the neighborhood, and trying to figure out why someone's internet isn't working. It’s not glamorous work, and my hands are usually a bit dusty from cleaning out old fans. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if you come in, you'll probably just see one of us hunched over a motherboard with a screwdriver. We've seen a lot of shops come and go in this market over the years, but we've managed to stick around by just being straightforward with people. We don't promise things we can't do. If a part is too old to fix, we'll tell you straight. It's just a regular local business run by people who like playing around with hardware. Most of our tools have been with us since we opened, and we prefer it that way. It’s a job we enjoy doing.
