Maha Laxmi Property

Our office is over at No. 170 in the Rana Sanga Market. If you know where the old Chandralok Cinema is, then you’ve probably walked right past our door once or twice. Maha Laxmi Property is a small setup, nothing fancy. It’s mostly just a desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Being near the cinema means there’s always people moving around, which is nice for us. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who live nearby. Sometimes they want to sell their flat, or maybe they’re looking for a bigger place because their family is growing. We don't do anything flashy here. No big advertisements or billboards. Most of our work comes from people just dropping in while they’re out shopping in the market for vegetables or clothes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some shops close down and new ones open up, but we’re still here at the same spot. It can get a bit loud on weekends when the market is full, but we don't mind it much. We know which buildings have good water and which ones are a bit tricky. That’s the kind of stuff you learn when you’re actually based in the neighborhood. We just try to be helpful and tell people the truth about what we see. If a place has problems, we'll tell you. It’s just us doing our thing.
