Our shop is right in the Main Market area of Keshoraipatan. We are situated near the HP Gas Agency, which is probably the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone who isn't from around here. Being in the main market means there is always something going on outside our front door. You hear the vendors calling out and the motorbikes zipping past all day long. The shop itself is a bit small, but we’ve managed to pack in everything we need to do our work. We have shelves lined with various parts and some old machines we use for testing things out. It’s a bit cluttered, I suppose, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The floor is made of that old-style tile that stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the market stalls outside. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We open up early and usually stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There is no corporate dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for moving boxes or crawling under desks to plug things in. Most people who come in are locals who know us by name. It’s a very grounded way to spend the day, just being part of the local rhythm and handling the technical tasks that people bring through the door.
