Vv Sugars is down at 5-345 on Tiruchanur Road in Lakshmi Puram. It’s a busy road, and we’ve been here for a good while. Dealing in sugar means our schedule is often set by the market and the harvest. It isn't a desk job. Most of our time is spent checking the stock or talking to the drivers. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning that works all the time. Sometimes we get behind on things when the supply is tight, but we do our best to catch up. It’s a steady rhythm of work that doesn't change much from year to year. We like it that way. It’s predictable and it keeps us busy. We are just part of the furniture around here now, and we’re fine with that.
