We are located at Door No 18-1-421 in Bhavani Nagar. It’s right at the Bhavani Nagar junction in Tirupati, so there’s always people passing by on their way somewhere else. It gets really hot in Tirupati, so being in the frozen yogurt business makes a lot of sense here. The shop isn't very big, but we’ve tried to make it a place where you can step out of the sun for a minute. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure the floors are wiped down because sticky spills happen a lot with kids around. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of a certain flavor because the delivery was late, and we just have to explain that to the customers. Most people are understanding about it. We see a lot of students and families who live nearby. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and stay until we close up at night. The junction can be quite noisy with all the scooters and buses, but you get used to the sound after a while. It’s just us here, working the counter and making sure things are ready for the next person who walks in. We don't have many employees, so you will usually see the same faces every time you visit us.
