Professional Solutions

Our office is situated right on Redcross Street. It’s a fairly central spot, which makes it easier for people to drop by when they are out doing their errands. We named it Professional Solutions because we try to help out with various technical or business tasks that people find too confusing to handle on their own. The office itself is pretty plain—just a couple of desks, some old computers, and a lot of files stacked in the corners. We don't have any art on the walls or fancy carpets. Redcross Street can be quite noisy with all the traffic and people walking by, so we usually keep the door shut. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. We handle a lot of different things, from basic paperwork to giving advice on how to get a small business started. We don't have a big corporate ladder here; it's just a few of us working together every day. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image or expensive furniture. We just want to provide the answers people are looking for when they walk in. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. If you’re walking down the street, you’ll see our small sign out front. It’s nothing special to look at, but we always make sure we get the job done right. Just real people helping out where we can.
