Our place is located right on Palamanar Road. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been here handling the confectionery side of things for a long time. People around here know us for the sweets and candies we put out. It’s not a complicated setup, just a lot of big pots and cooling trays. The air usually smells like sugar, which is nice at first, though you get used to it after an hour or so. We spend most of our time making sure the wrappers are on tight and the batches are cooked just right. It’s a lot of manual work, moving heavy bags of ingredients around and keeping the floors clean. We aren't some high-tech lab, just a bunch of people making snacks that kids like. The heat in the kitchen gets pretty intense during the summer months, but we just open the windows and keep moving. Sometimes a machine jams and we have to stop everything to clear it out. That's just part of the daily routine. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor because the product is what matters. Palamanar Road stays pretty crowded, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We just stick to our schedule and get the crates ready for the trucks. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late afternoon. We're just a local business doing what we know. It is repetitive, but we have a good group of people here.
