Mala Venkata Ramanappa

Tirupathi is a place that never really sleeps because of all the pilgrims coming through. Mala Venkata Ramanappa is situated right near the Tirupathi Ho area, and the pin code is 517502. It’s a busy spot, and the noise from the traffic and the bells from the temples is something you just get used to after a while. My setup here is quite simple. I have a couple of desks and some benches for people who are waiting. We don't have any air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans to keep the air moving during those long, hot afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out or work by the light from the door. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, it’s just me or a family member sitting there. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Some days are packed and other days I just sit and watch the people go by on the street. I use a lot of handwritten notes because it’s faster than booting up the old computer we have in the corner. It is a bit disorganized at times, with papers stacked in odd places, but I know where everything is. We just try to get through the daily tasks without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here at this address for a long time now.
