Kellogg India Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1355, Cashew Boulevard in Sri City. It sounds like a fancy name for a street, but it’s really just a long road in a big industrial zone. Sri City is pretty far from the main city areas, so it’s quiet in a different way. There aren't many small shops or houses around, just these big corporate plots and wide roads. We are at 1355, which is easy enough to find if you follow the signs. The building is large and functional. Inside, it’s mostly about the production lines and keeping things moving. We have a lot of space out here, which is nice compared to the cramped offices in the city. The air feels a bit different here because there is so much open land around the industrial park. We have our routines and our shifts. Most of us get here by the company bus or our own bikes. It’s a long day, but it’s steady. We don't really do much marketing or talking to people outside of work. We just focus on what’s happening on Cashew Boulevard. It's a very organized place, but it still feels like a workspace where people are actually getting their hands dirty and making things happen every day. The security at the gates is tight, but once you are in, it is just normal work.
