The shop is located near the Rajbhavan Hotel at the NTR Circle on Kadhri Road. It’s a very busy spot with a lot of people passing through all the time. At Diwa Mobile'S And Computer'S, there is always a pile of broken screens and disassembled laptops on the workbench. The space is small, and the smell of solder is pretty much always in the air. We spend hours squinting at tiny circuit boards trying to figure out why a phone won't turn on. It’s tedious work, but someone has to do it. We also sell some basic accessories like chargers and cables, which we keep in glass cases that always seem to have fingerprints on them no matter how much we wipe them. The noise from the circle outside is constant—lots of horns and engines. Sometimes it’s hard to concentrate. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle electronics. We aren't experts in everything, but we try our best to fix what comes through the door. If we can't fix it, we just say so. There’s no point in lying about it. The shop stays open late because that’s when most people realize their computers are broken. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It’s a cramped little shop, but it’s where we spend most of our lives, tinkering with gadgets and talking to the people of Kadhri Road.
