Being in Tirupati Urban means we are right in the middle of everything, though being four floors up keeps us away from some of the street noise. It’s an interesting mix we have going on here, blending the traditional masala side of things with some newer technology. The office isn't very big, and it’s often packed with containers and some equipment we use for our processes. We spend a lot of our time experimenting with different blends and seeing how the tech can make things more efficient. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a batch doesn't turn out how we wanted, or the machines act up. We just fix it and move on. There are a few of us working here in Chittoor, and we usually stay late trying to get the ratios just right. The hallway outside our flat usually smells like spices, which the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us hunched over a table or a computer. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't some big tech giant. We are just a small team in RajaReddy Nagar trying to do something a bit different with spice technology. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
