M B Traders

Our place is at 214, Anjaneya Badavane in the Kuvempu Nagar area of Davanagere. M B Traders is basically where we spend all our time. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice compared to the busier parts of town. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out of the warehouse. It’s mostly about keeping track of the inventory and making sure the loading happens on time. Sometimes the rain in Davanagere makes things a bit difficult, especially when we are trying to move goods without getting them wet. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. The building itself is old but it works for what we need. We sit at the small desk near the front to handle the paperwork. It’s not the kind of place with air conditioning or fancy furniture. We just have our registers and some chairs. Most of our days are spent checking lists and talking to the drivers who bring the supplies. Kuvempu Nagar has grown a lot since we first started here. We know the guys at the tea stall nearby and the other shopkeepers on the street. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to do anything more than just keeping the trading going day by day. It’s a simple life at the office, making sure the orders are correct and the stock is where it should be before we close up for the evening.
