This particular branch is out here in Vemana Nagar, right in the KHB Colony area on Holalakere Road. While the name on the gate is big, this office is just where our local team sits to manage the projects around this part of town. It’s a lot of logistics and keeping track of heavy machinery. The dust from the road is a constant guest in our lobby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a truck is late. It’s not all high-level planning; mostly it’s just making sure the guys on the ground have what they need for the day’s work. The Holalakere Road stretch is getting busier, and we see the changes every day from our windows. We eat lunch together most days, usually just talking about the weather or the traffic. It’s a straightforward environment. We have our maps pinned to the walls and a lot of safety gear piled in the corner. People come in asking about jobs or permits quite often. We just try to keep things organized in a place that is naturally a bit chaotic because of the construction business. It’s a long day, usually starting early before the sun gets too hot, and we stay until the last site report is filed.
