Maithan Ceramic Limited

Maithan Ceramic Limited is based on Maithan Road in the Dhanbad district. We are pretty close to where Shankar Publish is located. It’s a busy part of the area, and there is always something going on along the road. We deal with ceramics and all the heavy work that comes with it. The floors are usually covered in dust and there is the constant sound of machines and moving parts. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend our time checking the kilns and moving finished pieces around. There is a lot of heat involved in what we do, which makes the days feel pretty long during the summer months. We don't have a fancy corporate office with air conditioning, we are usually out on the floor where the work happens. Dhanbad is a tough place for this kind of industry, but we’ve made a home here on Maithan Road. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the ceramics and getting them out the door. The trucks come in and out all day long, taking stuff to different places. It’s a lot of physical effort and making sure everything is handled carefully so nothing breaks. We just take it one day at a time and keep the production line moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but that’s just how things are around here.
