Sunyata Hotel Private Limited is located over in Chikmagalur, specifically at Site No 12 and 13 on the AIT Campus Road. We are in the Bhoje Gowda Layout, which is part of Jyothinagar in Kadur. Living and working in this part of Karnataka is quite different from being in the big city. The air feels different here, and the pace of life is definitely slower. We spent a lot of time getting this place set up on the campus road. Most of our days are spent dealing with the local climate and making sure the building stays in good shape. It’s a practical sort of life. We deal with the local suppliers and talk to people from the neighborhood. It’s not always smooth sailing, especially during the monsoon when everything gets damp and the roads up to Kadur can get a bit tricky. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in town; we just want to run a decent business that makes sense for this area. Our spot in Jyothinagar is easy to find if you know where the AIT campus is. We keep the doors open and try to stay busy with the day-to-day chores. There's no big corporate strategy here, just us trying to do our jobs and looking after the property. It's a quiet life mostly, and we like it that way. Just a local business in a local town.
