Taj Group Of Hotels

We are located right across the road from Pavitravana in the Chikmagalur area. The Taj Garden Retreat is the name you will see on the entrance gate. We are in Jyothinagar Post, and the pin code is 577102. It is a very nice spot because of all the natural greenery surrounding the property. We are not stuck in the middle of a loud, dusty city, which makes a big difference to us. The air here is fresh because of the nearby hills and all the coffee plants. Working for the Taj Group of Hotels means we see many different people coming through the doors. Some are tourists just passing through, and others stay for a few days to rest. We spend a lot of our time making sure the grounds and the gardens look presentable. The garden takes a lot of effort to maintain, but it is a peaceful place to work. We are just regular people working our daily shifts here. Sometimes the monsoon rain gets really heavy and we have to run around to make sure everything stays dry. The building itself has been here for a long time and it has that classic, older feel to it. We keep the rooms ready and the kitchen stays busy throughout the day. It involves a lot of walking back and forth between the buildings. Jyothinagar is a quiet part of town for the most part. We are used to the sounds of birds and the wind in the trees. It is a decent place.
