You can find us at Plot No. 1323/1 in Sudarshan Nagar. We are right in the More Vasti area, near Sane Chowk. At Venkateshwara Micropans, we are just off the Akurdi Chikhali Road, so it’s easy to find the turnoff. It’s a pretty busy part of Chikhali with a lot of shops and small workshops squeezed in next to each other. Our place isn't too big, but we make use of every inch of space we have on the lot. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust or scraps from whatever we are working on that day. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, and there’s always a radio playing somewhere in the background, though you can barely hear it over the tools. We don’t spend much time in an office; most of the day is spent standing up or moving things around the workshop. The street outside is always crowded with bikes and people walking to the local market. Lunch usually happens on a small bench outside if the weather is okay. We’ve had to fix the roof a few times after the heavy rains, and the paint is peeling a bit near the entrance. It’s just a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. People just wear what’s comfortable and get to work as soon as they arrive in the morning. We know the local tea seller by name.
