Rgs Conex Industries

Rgs Conex Industries is based out of the Siddhiviniyak Industrial Estate in Chikhli. Specifically, we’re at Gat No-1543/1/4/1 in Sonavne Wasti. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The estate is always buzzing with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We started here because we needed the space for the equipment. Chikhli is a good spot for this kind of work. The shop is usually a bit messy, but it’s a working mess. We’ve got benches lined up and parts everywhere. Sometimes it feels like we’re outgrowing the place, but we make it work somehow. Most of the guys here have been with us for a bit, so we work well together without needing much talk. We aren't some big corporate entity with layers of management. We're just a group of people who know how to handle tools and machinery properly. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used piece of equipment we own during those long shifts. Some days are long, especially when we have a big order to get through. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to answer phones all day. If you call, you’ll probably hear the machines in the background. It’s just how it is. We focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. It's a living, and we're glad to be doing it.
