System Engineers

We have been here in Halol at the G.I.D.C. for quite some time now. Our spot is at number 625. If you know the Panchmahal area, you know it gets pretty busy with all the industrial work going on around here. Most days, the focus is just on the engineering jobs that come through the door. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Tools and machines are what we have and that is mostly what matters to us. Sometimes the weather gets really hot inside the shed, but the big fans keep things moving. People around here know where to find us if they need something fixed or built. Computers aren't used much unless there is an order to log or some parts to find. Much of the day is spent handling metal parts and talking to the guys on the floor. The noise from other units nearby is constant, but you get used to it after a week or so. Starting early in the morning helps us get ahead before the sun gets too high in the sky. Dust from the road and the nearby factories is a bit of a problem, so cleaning the workbenches is the first thing we do every morning. We are just a group of people who like to work with our hands. It isn't a complicated business. Finishing the work for the day is the main goal so we can all go home.
