Army Public School

The Army Public School sits out on Parasia Road in Partala. Being in Chhindwara, we get a mix of weather, but mostly it is just steady work here. The school is near the army area, so things feel quite orderly around the gates. We have many families who have moved here from other places because of their work. The building itself is sturdy and has been through many rainy seasons. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the classrooms and the playground where the kids spend their breaks. In the mornings, you can see the parents dropping off their children on scooters or walking them to the entrance. It gets a bit dusty on the road outside during the dry months. We spend a lot of time making sure the registers are updated and the classrooms are ready. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we sit together when there is a spare moment. It is not a silent place; there is always someone running in the hallway or a teacher calling out a name. We have been in this part of Partala for some years now. The trees near the fence provide some shade during the hotter parts of the day. It is just a place where the kids come to learn their subjects and get through their exams. We keep things moving and try to stay organized as best as we can. There is always more work to be done.
