Satpura International Public School

We've been running Satpura International Public School for a while now here on Patalkote Road in Tamia. It’s a quiet area mostly, and the school is just where local kids from Chhindwara come to learn their lessons. We opened up because the families around here needed a place nearby instead of traveling too far. Most days it’s pretty loud with the younger ones running around the halls, but that is just part of how things go. We keep the classrooms tidy and try to make sure everyone has what they need to get through their books. The weather in Tamia can get a bit chilly in the winters, so we usually have to keep the windows shut then. It isn't a fancy place with high-tech gadgets at every corner, but we have enough desks and blackboards to get the job done. The teachers live nearby and they know most of the parents by name because it’s a small community. Sometimes the power goes out or the rains make the road a bit muddy, but we just manage it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just making sure the kids here can read and write properly. It’s hard work keeping a school going in a place like this, but we show up every morning and open the gates. People know where to find us if they need to talk about their children’s progress. It’s just a normal school for normal families. It is important to us that the environment stays simple and focused on what really matters for the kids.
