We are located over at Q.No.163/3/A in Balco Nagar. It’s actually Manesh Sahu’s place, and he works along with Shri M.L. Sahu here in Korba. Living and working in a colony like Balco Nagar means you see the same people every day, which is nice in a way. The area is pretty quiet, mostly just residential blocks and families going about their business. We’ve got our small setup here in the house where we handle all the agent work. It’s not some big corporate building in a city center, just a room where we keep our files and take calls. The weather in Korba can get really hot because of all the industrial activity around, so we mostly stay indoors during the afternoon. Sometimes the neighbors drop by for a quick chat or some help with their own paperwork. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in the same neighborhood. It’s a simple life, honestly. We wake up, check our messages, and try to get through the list of things to do for the day. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes it’s just us sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. We’ve been in this quarter for quite a bit, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to get a quick snack when we are hungry. It works for us. There is always something happening in Balco, even if it's just the shift change.
