We are located at Shop No. D4 in the C 252/3 building, right near More Chowk in Midc Waluj. Sai Solutions isn’t one of those massive companies with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a small shop where we handle various technical tasks and fixes. Waluj is a pretty industrial area, and we fit right in with the other shops around the chowk. We usually open up early in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes because we have parts and equipment sitting on most of the shelf space. We don’t mind the lack of space, though, because everything is within arm’s reach. Most people stop by because they’re already in the area for something else and know we can help them out. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth seems to work best for a place like ours. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic at the chowk gets backed up, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. We know our neighbors and we know our trade. There isn’t much more to it than that. We just show up, open the shutters, and do our bit for whoever walks in.
