The office is a simple place, nothing too fancy or modern. We have our desks set up and some old chairs that have seen better days, but they are comfortable enough for a long day of work. Aurangabad can get very hot, especially in the middle of the year, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling works. We aren't a big tech company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle software and tech issues. Aref Colony is a nice enough place to be based. It has a local feel to it and we know many of the people around here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which can be frustrating when we are in the middle of something, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. We don't have any corporate posters or mission statements on our walls. We just have a calendar and some notes tacked up. It is a very straightforward way of working. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on our list. It is a practical and honest way to run a business, and we are happy with how things are at our little office.
