We’re located at Plot No-81 in Vishwa Bharati Colony. It’s right on Garkheda Road, just across from Shivaji Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve been working out of this office for a good stretch of time. The team here is mostly local folks who know the Garkheda area inside and out. We don't put on any airs or try to act like we’re some big international firm. We’re just Piyush Infratech, and we focus on the stuff right in front of us. Most days involve a lot of site visits and checking on how things are progressing. It can get pretty hot and dusty out there, but that’s the nature of the work. Back at the office, things are a bit calmer. We have our desks set up and we spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or looking at blueprints. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We don’t have a script when we talk to people. If someone has a question, we just answer it the best we can based on what we’ve actually seen on the ground. Shivaji Nagar is always buzzing, and being right across from it means we’re never bored. We’ve seen the colony grow quite a bit since we first moved into Plot No-81. It’s been interesting to be a part of that growth, even in a small way. We just keep showing up.
