Our office is located over at Anjana Park. It is pretty close to the Kumbhephal railway gate, so you can hear the trains passing by pretty often throughout the day. Being near the Shendra MIDC area means there is always something going on nearby with all the industrial work and trucks moving in and out. We focus on developing things around this part of town and have been doing it for a good while. We are not a huge firm with dozens of receptionists or a big marketing budget; it is mostly just us working out of the office and spending time on the ground. People come by to ask about plots or what is being built next in the neighborhood. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you are heading towards the MIDC, you will likely pass near our spot. The railway gate is the best way to explain where we are to someone who has never visited us before. We spend a good chunk of our time out on the sites, but someone is usually around Anjana Park if you need to have a chat. We have seen a lot of new houses go up recently as the town grows. The dust from the roads and the noise from the railway are just part of our daily life here. We just work on one project at a time and try to make sure things get finished. It is regular work, nothing too flashy or complicated. We know the neighbors and the local layout well.
