You can find us on the second floor on Jalna Road. We are right beside the P. N. Gadgil Jeweler building. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and people moving about down below. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs, which keeps us in shape I suppose. The rooms are filled with rows of computers and mismatched chairs. We started this place because we saw a lot of people in Jalna needing to learn the basics, from typing to more complex software. It’s not a high-tech lab with glass walls; it’s more like a classroom where everyone knows each other. The air conditioner hums in the corner, trying its best against the afternoon heat. We have students coming in after school and some older folks who want to learn how to use the internet. There’s always a bit of a scramble when the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep things running. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old textbooks. It’s a simple setup where the focus is just on the screens and what people are learning. Being right next to the jewelry shop makes us easy to find for anyone new to the area. We just open up in the morning, check the cables, and get started with the day’s lessons. It’s a regular routine that keeps us busy throughout the week.
