You can find Lakshmi Technologies at No. B 24/2 in the MIDC area, right near the SBI Bank. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means it’s always busy with noises from other factories and people rushing around. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team of us working here near the bank. We do a lot of technical work, but we try to keep things down to earth. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the paperwork straight and take a few calls. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we just have to wait it out, chatting until the lights come back on. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the other business owners nearby. It’s a community of sorts. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people because it’s better to just be direct. If someone has a question about what we do, we just explain it the best we can. We deal with a lot of parts and machinery, and it gets greasy and loud, but that’s the reality of it. We aren't polished or fancy. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them finished before it’s time to head home. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. There is always something that needs fixing or checking before we close up.
