We are over here in Hadgaon at Sanman Plaza, right in Shop No 2. It’s a busy spot in W. No. 3. Most days, we just keep the doors open and get to work on whatever needs doing for the folks around Nanded. The shop isn't huge, but it fits what we need. You can find us pretty easily if you know where the plaza is. Sometimes the heat in Maharashtra gets a bit much, but we have a fan going and just stay busy with the association's tasks. It’s not a fancy corporate setup or anything like that. Just a couple of desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork usually. People from the neighborhood drop by quite often to ask questions or just to see what’s happening. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we know the rhythms of the street outside. It gets noisy when the market is full, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or complicated rules. If someone comes in, we talk to them and try to help out with the micro services we handle. It’s mostly about keeping the day moving and making sure the records are straight.
