Welcome Tour

You can find Welcome Tour right below the Surya Hotel, right by the bus stand. It’s a very busy spot because of all the travelers coming and going at all hours. We spend a lot of time booking tickets and talking to people about where they need to go next. The office isn't very big, and it can get a bit crowded when a large group comes in all at once. Since we’re at the bus stand, there’s always a lot of shouting and engines revving outside. We’ve got maps on the walls and a lot of schedules that we’re always checking. It’s a practical business. People come here because they need to get from one place to another, and we help them figure out the best way to do that. We don't have fancy brochures or a high-end lounge. Just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork. Sometimes the buses are late, and people get frustrated, so we listen to their stories while we try to help. We’ve seen all sorts of travelers over the years, from students to families. It’s a fast-paced environment and no two days are ever the same. We just keep our heads down and manage the bookings as they come in. It gets dusty with all the buses, but we wipe down the counters every morning and get on with the day. We keep some extra water bottles for the thirsty travelers who look like they’ve had a long trip.
