Ranjeet Khajuraho Masala Private Limited

We are Ranjeet Khajuraho Masala Private Limited. Our place is right by the government hospital in Badamalehr, Chhatarpur. Shri Daya Ram Ahirwar and the rest of the family have been running things here. The location is quite easy to find since everyone knows where the hospital is. Dealing with masalas is a dirty job, to be honest. There is spice dust on everything, the floors, the windows, and even our clothes. It makes everyone sneeze when we are grinding the dry chilies or the turmeric. The building is an old structure that has seen better days, but it keeps the rain out and gives us enough room to work. We have a few grinders that make a lot of noise throughout the day. You can hear them from the street if you are walking by. We get the raw spices brought in by the sackful from the local markets and farmers. Then we have to sort them by hand before they go into the machines. It is slow work sometimes and requires a lot of patience. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the processing and packing ourselves. We usually have some tea together in the afternoon when we take a short break. The town of Badamalehr is small, so we see the same faces every day. It is just a local operation where we work with what we have.
