We are Bacto Agro Culture Care Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us in Bharathanagar, over in Kolappally. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city centers, which suits us just fine. We have a modest building where we handle all our daily operations. Most of the folks working here have some connection to the land or have lived in the area for years. We are not really the type for suits and ties. Most days, you will find us in practical clothes because things can get a bit messy with the types of products we handle. There is always a smell of earth or something similar hanging in the air. We spend a lot of time talking to farmers and people who really know their way around a field. It is more about sharing practical advice than trying to sell something fancy. The office part of the building is small and usually has a few muddy footprints on the floor. We do not mind. It shows people are actually working. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to be helpful and keep our supplies in stock. Life in Kolappally moves at its own pace, and we are happy to be a part of it. It is just honest work and trying to do right by the people who come through our doors. Some days are slow, but we always find something to do around the shop.
