Vvs Associates is located at number 1, N H Road. We’re right near Kumaran Fancy & Stationery Store, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. Our office is small and tucked away. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. Most of what we do involves consulting and helping people with their property paperwork. It’s a lot of reading through documents and making sure everything matches up. We go through a lot of pens and paper ourselves, so being near a stationery store is actually quite handy. The street is usually lined with parked bikes, and there’s a lot of foot traffic from people going to the shops nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we're right there. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need advice on land issues. It’s a steady kind of work that doesn't change much from year to year. We know the local rules pretty well by now. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of filing to do, but usually, we head home when the shops start closing up for the night. It’s just a normal office life for us here on NH Road, making sure things are done the right way for the people who come in.
