You’ll find our office at number 76 in Srinivasa Nagar, which is part of Perngalathur. It’s a decent area, mostly houses and some small businesses like ours. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time now. The building is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have a few rooms filled with desks and tall stacks of files that probably need sorting one of these days. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits and how everyone likes their tea. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just move through the tasks as they come. Sometimes the internet is slow and we end up sitting around talking about the local news or the weather. We have a small porch out front where a couple of us usually stand for a break. The paint on the front door is starting to fade from the sun, but it still shuts tight. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and someone will look up from their desk eventually. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fuss. We just focus on getting the day's work finished so we can head home to our families.
