Udaiya Associates Llp

We are based at number 26/3 on Kesava Iyer Street in the Park Town area. If you know Park Town, you know it’s a place where there is always something happening. It’s a bit of an old-school neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We are an LLP, a group of associates who handle various tasks for people in the city. The office isn't very big, and it’s often filled with the sound of the ceiling fans and the traffic from outside. We have a lot of paper around because we still find it easier to read things on a physical page. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy PR strategy. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. Sometimes the street gets so crowded it’s hard to even get to the entrance, but that’s just life in this part of Chennai. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it because we are too busy with the work. We don't make big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a simple way of running things. We value being here in Park Town because it’s close to everything we need. It’s a real place for real work.
