At TVS Training Services Limited in Chennai, we are located at SP-80 on the 1st Main Road in the AE area. Chennai is known for its heat, and our building is no exception, though we do our best to keep the training rooms comfortable for everyone. Being on the 1st Main Road means we are quite accessible, but it also means we hear the city life all day long. This place is usually full of people coming in for different programs. You see a lot of different faces every day, which keeps things interesting for the staff. We spend a lot of time setting up classrooms or checking on the training materials. The atmosphere is more like a school or a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We have some open spaces where people sit and talk during their breaks. The building at SP-80 has been our base for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of students pass through these doors. We don't really do the whole flashy marketing thing; we just focus on the schedule and making sure the instructors have what they need. Sometimes the local tea stall nearby is the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a very human place to work, with all the usual ups and downs of a busy training center. We just keep the lights on and the doors open every day.
