Our office is at 44/6 Kandaswam Street in the Palipatu area of Chennai, postcode 113. It is a bit of a narrow street, so sometimes parking is a headache, but we’ve managed here for quite some time. We are Trans Health Care, and we mostly deal with the administrative and supply side of things for the health sector. It’s not a clinic or a hospital, just our private limited office where the real work happens behind the scenes. The building is pretty old-school, typical for this part of Chennai. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with suppliers or checking on deliveries. Chennai is hot most of the year, so we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the paperwork. It’s an honest job. We don’t try to sound bigger than we are. We just provide a service that people need. The staff here is local, and we all know the neighborhood well. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner and talk about the day's work. We aren't into big marketing plans. We just focus on getting the health care supplies where they need to go. It’s practical work for practical people. That is just how we run things here on Kandaswam Street without any fuss.
