Alive Services

Alive Services is based at No 27 Subbu Street in Thiruvanmiyur. If you know where the Adyar Andha Bhavan Sweets is, we are right across from there. It’s a very busy spot because of the sweet shop, so there’s always the smell of food in the air, which makes us hungry most of the day. Our office is a small place. We don't have a lot of room for extra stuff, so we keep things pretty organized. We’ve been here for several years now. Thiruvanmiyur is a good place to be, even if the parking on Subbu Street can be a real headache sometimes. We provide various services to the local community and people further out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start working on whatever needs to be done. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we’re all pretty familiar with the area. Sometimes the rain floods the street a little, but we just put some sandbags out and keep going. It’s a practical way of living. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation; we just like being the local shop people can rely on for help.
