You can find Merit Protection Service at No. 102A on Elango Street. We are situated in the Thuruvalleswarar Nagar section of Thirumangalam. It is a busy little pocket of the city with a lot of people moving about. We have been operating out of this particular building for a good while. It is mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of paper here. People come in to talk about what they need, and we just sit down and try to figure things out for them. It is not a flashy office by any means. We have some old chairs and a wall clock that is usually a few minutes fast. The street outside always has something going on, which keeps things interesting while we work. We mostly deal with schedules and keeping track of where everyone is supposed to be. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. We try to stay on top of everything without making a big fuss about it. The team we have here is small, but most of us have been working together for a long time. We know this area very well. Sometimes we go out and have tea at the small stall around the corner while we discuss the plan for the next day. It is a very practical way to run a business. We do not use any fancy software; most of our notes are in physical registers.
