Nova Man Power Consultancy

Nova Man Power Consultancy is located at No 56/34, 1A, on 4th Main Road in C.I.T Nagar, Nandanam. We’ve been in this part of Nandanam for a while now. The office is on a street that gets quite a lot of traffic during the day. We spend most of our time helping people find jobs and helping businesses find staff. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people need. Our space is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and drink coffee, while other days there are people lined up at the door. We try to be fair with everyone who comes in. Nandanam is a good place to be because it’s central, so it’s easy for people to reach us by bus. We don’t do any fancy advertising. Usually, someone’s cousin or neighbor told them to come to 4th Main Road to see us. We’ve got an old computer that we use for the main lists, but most of our notes are hand-written. It’s more personal that way. We don't have a mission statement or a big philosophy. We just want to help folks get to work so they can support their families. That’s what keeps us coming back to the office every morning. It's just a regular local business.
