Bengal Tiger-line (india) Pvt. Ltd. is on the 3rd Floor of Palani Towers. The address is A-7, 31, Venkatanarayana Rd. It is a very busy street in a very busy part of the city. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the traffic on Venkatanarayana Rd. but you can still hear the horns honking. Palani Towers is one of those buildings where you always run into people you know in the lobby. The office at A-7 isn't huge but it fits all of us comfortably enough. We have some blue chairs and grey desks that look like they belong in any office in the country. Bengal Tiger-line (india) Pvt. Ltd. is written on a small plaque by the door. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just a couple of maps and a clock that is five minutes fast. Everyone knows it's fast so we just do the math in our heads. The windows let in some light but it's mostly artificial lighting that keeps us going. We spend a lot of time on the phones and typing away. By the time five o'clock rolls around, we are all ready to head down the stairs and jump into the crowd outside. Venkatanarayana Rd. is a mess during rush hour. It’s just the reality of working at Palani Towers. We are just a regular team doing our work at A-7.
