Our place, SWARAN ADVISORY AND CONSULTING LLP, is located at Villa 68 in Phase 3 of Jones Cassia. It’s tucked away in the Sipcot Karanai area, right on the main road in Ottiyambakkam. Shollinganallur is a bit of a hub these days, so being around here makes sense for the kind of work we do. Operating out of a villa gives it a much different feel than a standard office building. It’s more comfortable and less stiff. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the space to go over advisory stuff for our clients. It’s mostly just reading through documents and having long phone calls. Kanchipuram district has changed a lot, and we’ve watched the roads get busier over the years. We usually start early to beat the heat and get a head start on the day's tasks. There’s a nice vibe in this community, and it’s quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs and making sure we handle the consulting work as best as we can. Sometimes the water delivery is late or the gate is stuck, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a decent place to work and we like being out this way. We just keep things moving.
