Sulaiman Dental Clinic

Sulaiman Dental Clinic has been here in Ayanavaram for quite some time now. If you walk down the main street, you can’t really miss us. The clinic is tucked between a small grocery store and a tailor shop. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there’s always something going on outside. The waiting area has about five plastic chairs and an old coffee table with some magazines that nobody ever reads. I spend a lot of time by the dental chair, making sure everything is laid out right. The equipment isn’t brand new, but it works fine for what we need to do. Ayanavaram has a lot of families, so we see a lot of kids who are a bit nervous about being here. I usually keep some tissues handy because people get worried. The sink in the back has a slight leak that we’ve been meaning to fix, so there’s a small bucket under it for now. The walls have a few framed pictures of teeth, which look a bit dated, but they serve their purpose. It’s a regular routine of seeing people from the morning until we close up in the evening. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a simple setup and we don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the first person to walk in.
