Sri Ramachandra Iyer And Smt Rajalakshmi Sathabisheka Foundation

We've been at No 5 Lakshmi Nivasdr for a while now. It's just a regular spot in Subbarayan Nagar here in Kodambakkam. Sri Ramachandra Iyer and Smt Rajalakshmi Sathabisheka Foundation is basically what we call our group. We don't have fancy offices or anything like that. Most of the work happens right from this address. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need anything. We started this because we wanted to do something useful with our time. It's not a big corporate thing. It's more like a family effort. Sometimes the house gets a bit busy with people coming and going. We try to keep things quiet for the neighbors though. Subbarayan Nagar is a nice area and we've lived here a long time. The foundation handles different bits of work depending on what's needed that week. We don't really have a big staff. It is mostly just us and a few folks who help out when they can. We find that keeping things simple works better for everyone involved. If you walk down the street in Kodambakkam, you'll see our gate eventually. We spend our mornings looking over paperwork or talking to people who drop by. It’s not flashy but it gets the job done. We just wanted a way to organize our activities under one name. That’s how we ended up with this long title for the foundation. It keeps us busy and gives us a reason to stay active in the local community. We like it here.
