We are located at 24 Govindarajan Street in West Tambaram. It’s a pretty standard street, not too wide and always a bit busy with people going to and from the market. Our office is a small room on the ground floor of a house that's been in the family for a while. We’ve got a big metal gate in front that we leave open during the day so people know we are inside. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit if you turn it up to the highest speed, so we usually keep it on low. It gets the job done. We handle a lot of the local paperwork for people around West Tambaram. It’s mostly just reading through documents and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a big staff, just me and a colleague who has been with me for ten years. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, mostly from the stall down the road. The desk is always piled high with folders, but I know where everything is. People come to us because we’ve lived here forever and we know the history of the plots in this area. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just sit at the table, look at the papers, and tell people what we think. It’s straightforward work. The street outside can be noisy with the scooters, but once you step inside, it's a bit quieter.
