Spardhaincred Foundation

Spardhaincred Foundation is located over at L6/61 Vaikuth Flat. It’s near Balaji Nagar, right opposite Ridhi Si Village. We’ve been in this flat for some time now. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. The hallway is usually lined with boxes or stacks of paper because there’s never enough shelf space. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. We just want to get the job done from this little corner of the village. The commute can be a bit of a hassle depending on the traffic near Balaji Nagar, but we’re used to it by now. Most of our days are spent sitting at the desks, making calls, or typing things up. It’s not glamorous. We use old computers and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they get the job done. Sometimes we have snacks on the table while we work through the afternoon. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. It’s a very informal setup. We know the neighbors and they know us. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just staying busy with the foundation work. It’s just a regular group of people trying to keep things moving. We take breaks when we can and usually talk about the weather or what’s for lunch. It's just a normal workplace.
